About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in transforming cutting-edge 3D models into high-quality, customer-ready products. Working closely with your team, you’ll operate and fine-tune machinery, overseeing the entire production process from start to finish. Your passion for innovation and attention to detail will ensure that every product meets the highest standards, delivering on time and exceeding customer expectations.

• Execute finishing processes such as polishing, dyeing, air/glass blasting, and more to perfect 3D printed parts.
• Sort, clean, and inspect 3D printed components to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Operate advanced media and air-blasting equipment to refine finished products.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the factory, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation to ensure precise machine setup and operation.
• Maintain a strong focus on Quality Control, ensuring all parts meet requirements for color, strength, and other specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning after each production run to keep equipment in top condition.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that boost product quality and operational efficiency.
• Pack and ship customer orders by carefully organizing and preparing products for delivery, ensuring they are securely packaged, accurately labeled, and dispatched in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Technical accreditation from a recognized school or skilled trades program (preferred).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in every task.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• A true team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects as part of the job.
• A hands-on approach, eager to contribute both to day-to-day operations and long-term improvements in processes.
• Reside in Oost Noord-Brabant or the surrounding areas for easy access to our facility.
• EU working permit is a must.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
