What You’ll Do
- Roll finished plastic pipe onto coiling machines and transport bundles to staging areas
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Prinsco’s quality standards
- Identify and report defects or improper machine operations
- Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete equipment start-up and shut-down procedures
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments, changeovers, and corrective maintenance
- Cross-train into machine operation and expand your technical skills
- Help coordinate daily crew assignments with a strong focus on safety and quality

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED with some work experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and perform basic math calculations
- Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday
- Good distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
