Responsible for providing technical support to the production line, support on the development and improvement of processes, tools and
equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
Your role:
Basic understanding of product functionality, including support for first pass yield calculations and productivity analysis to improve efficiency.
Active participation in daily management meetings, Gemba walks, and collaboration with operators, supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Support manufacturing processes through validation activities, troubleshooting (scrap analysis), TMVs, and adherence to safety practices.
Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives, including CAPA, NCRs, CIPs, and general problem-solving activities.
Execute assigned tasks under guidance, using PLM systems and following defined workflows and instructions.
You're the right fit if:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; currently pursuing a related degree is preferred, with 0–2 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (medical field preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software tools (e.g., Excel, systems).
Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading/comprehension) and effective communication skills, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to change in a dynamic environment.
It's a plus if you have change management experience and Windchill system knowledge.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an onsite role. Shift A Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:36 pm.
