Salary Range: $20.25 - $20.25 Hourly

Job Shift: SecondJob Purpose:
- The Manufacturing Tech I at PRINSCO is responsible for supporting the production process by ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for various production runs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production data and equipment performance metrics for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Support quality control measures by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with operating manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Experience in adhering to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
