Job Description

Criteria for Clickstop's internal hiring process:

  • Employee has been employed with Clickstop for at least 6 months.
  • Employee is Engaged.
  • Employee is meeting the expectations of their current role.
  • Employee is in good standing as defined by not currently under formal discipline and has not received formal discipline in the prior 90 days. 
  • Employee and their current manager have discussed the opportunity prior to applying.

What to expect during the internal hiring process:

Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following:

  1. Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role.
  2. Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application.
  • If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role’s hiring manager
  • If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time.

The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations while leading, developing, and supporting a team of manufacturing associates. This role ensures alignment with company core values, operational standards, and the Founders Formula. The Team Lead drives productivity, quality, and safety while fostering a positive team culture and continuously improving processes to support organizational growth.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily work direction and production flow of manufacturing associates
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance expectations
  • Train team members on processes, procedures, and standards
  • Foster accountability by connecting team member behaviors to results
  • Promote a positive and engaging team culture aligned with company values

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Align team operations with company core values and the Founders Formula
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and report on team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Train and develop employees to maximize performance and growth
  • Recognize and reward high-performing team members
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues, including work order discrepancies and material shortages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform and support production tasks as needed
  • Complete and verify quality records for manufactured products
  • Lead and support special projects related to safety, organization, and inventory management

Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing or production environment experience required
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Experience with process improvement and KPI management preferred
  • Experience training and developing team members preferred

Safety and Compliance Expectations:

  • Lead by example by consistently demonstrating safe work practices
  • Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Promote safe work practices and enforce adherence to manufacturing safety procedures
  • Monitor work areas and equipment for hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Ensure proper use of machine guarding, PPE, and safety controls
  • Address unsafe behaviors through coaching and corrective action when necessary
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses promptly
  • Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions
  • Reinforce safety expectations during shift transitions and daily operations
  • Actively participate in the First Responder program (CERT) when designated, including required training and emergency response

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Ability to sit or stand for the majority of the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Ability to operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms
