Standard Job Description

The ABGL will assist the Building Group Lead for Fleet Ballistic Missile production leading a group of represented, non-exempt employees. This position provides safety and security oversight operations conducted at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist with direct supervision of the hourly workforce.
- Workload analysis, prioritization, planning, assignment and execution; coordination of operational requirements with various organizations.
- Ensuring production quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Preparation of production reports.
- Provision of technical on-the-job training.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated success performing in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Current driver’s license and ability to maintain.

Desired Skills

• Building Officer Qualified.
• College Degree, or Combined College and Experience.
• Proficient in PRISM/AMOS/IMAP.
• Ability to correctly prioritize and execute work in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to self-start and drive action to closure.
• Great communicator who takes the initiative to communicate.
