The Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Analyst supports manufacturing and supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, planning, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other business functions to monitor operational performance, support order execution, maintain data accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The M&S Analyst utilizes SAP and other business systems to analyze manufacturing and supply chain data, track key operational activities, and provide insights that support timely and effective business decisions.
Perform analytical and administrative functions supporting Manufacturing & Supply operations, including production, planning, inventory, and order management activities.
Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency.
Utilize SAP to monitor and analyze production orders, inventory, material movements, customer orders, and other relevant manufacturing and supply chain data.
Monitor open orders and production status, provide regular updates, and coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support timely execution and delivery.
Track material availability, inventory levels, production progress, asset delivery, and invoicing to identify and escalate potential operational constraints.
Collaborate with Production, Buyers, Planners, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, material, and delivery-related issues.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support Manufacturing & Supply planning and business decisions.
Review and validate operational data to maintain data accuracy and integrity across SAP and other applicable business systems.
Support forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and other Manufacturing & Supply planning activities as required.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and utilize Manufacturing System principles and tools to drive continuous improvement across Manufacturing & Supply operations.
