Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

Join a collaborative team where you’ll help manufacture life‑changing therapies. You’ll guide operations in a cGMP environment and contribute directly to delivering high‑quality products to patients and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.

Shift Schedule:

  • Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

  • Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)

  • Starting off: First 2-week orientation and training period is on the day shift

  • Additional Pay: Nights and weekend shifts include additional pay

What you will do:

  • Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.

  • Plan schedules and assign tasks to meet production goals.

  • Review batch records and logbooks for clarity and accuracy.

  • Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve obstacles.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise.

  • Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.

What we are looking for:

  • AS/BS degree in a science field; HS diploma with relevant experience may be considered.

  • 5–10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.

  • 1–4 years of supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.

  • Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.

  • Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.

  • Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.

  • Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.
