Manufacturing Supervisor II

Shaw Industries is hiring a supervisor to lead the third shift operations of the continuous dye line at Plant 04. This person will lead a safe,efficientand productive work environmentso as tosatisfy our customers' (both internal and external)requirements, andimprove the overall abilities of all employees through the demonstration of Shaw's Front Line Leadership Competencies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily shift operation of the3rdShift on theDyeing Solidat Plant 4.

• Must lead the shift in safety, quality,productionand cost.To be successful as Supervisor, a candidate must be able to: solve problems; provide direction; coach associates; hold the team accountable; effectively communicate with peers and management; continuously drive departmental improvements.

• The Supervisor plansshiftproduction using Formula Control and works with other departments to meet customer demands.

• The Supervisormonitorsthe Head's Up Display screen tomonitorprocess status.

• Requirements:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Previous experience in manufacturingrequired

• Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required.

• Carpet Dyeing Experience preferred.
