
Eaton Aerospace’s FED Division is seeking a MANUFACTURING Front Line Leader at our Beltsville, MD location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $99000 - $125,000 a year.

** This role requires working on-site M-F at our Beltsville, MD manufacturing location. TYpical 2nd shift work hours are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm .
Basic Qualifications : ( must have)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of manufacturing experience …OR…. a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 2 years supervising manufacturing teams.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of the Beltsville MD facility will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
• Previous Aerospace/ Automotive experience.
• Previous experience with Quality Systems.
• Lean/CI experience a plus (Green Belt preferred)
• Prior experience working with shipping, receiving, material movement and production planning software/processes preferred
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and transactions
• Prior experience with assembly MFG. processes.
• Prior experience line balancing/ time studies.
• Continuous Improvement project experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong project management / problem solving skills.
• Must possess effective and verbal communications skills.
• Must possess good organizational and prioritization skills to maintain and address multiple assigned projects and expectations.
