We're looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor who doesn't just manage—who leads with purpose. You'll oversee our Inspections & Audits team, ensure flawless operations, and be the go-to expert for clients and staff alike. This is where technical expertise meets real leadership.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

  • Supervise inspector/auditor, and monitor the daily operation.
  • Order review and follow up action.
  • Report check and follow up action.
  • Provide technical training.
  • Answer technical enquiry from both customer service staff and client.
  • Prepare WI for client if required.
  • Control inspector trip expense.
  • Appraise staff performance in line if necessary.
  • Reply clients related complaint or feedback on technical aspects.
  • Assess inspector / auditor.
  • Meet with clients to review operation issue.
  • Perform any job related job assigned by manager or above.
