Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of manufacturing or production experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and safety while building a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production team members during daily operations
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
- Monitor workflow and address production issues in real time
- Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and accountability
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and attendance management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required
- Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
- Knowledge of safety practices within a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED required
