The manufacturing supervisor oversees the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage quality, scrap, efficiency and adherence to schedule.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations. The essential physical requirements of this position include the ability to stand and walk for extended period during the workday and to frequently use the hands for grasping, handling, fine finger manipulation, feeling, eye-hand coordination, and keyboarding. The employee must be able to occasionally bend, reach above and below shoulder level, turn, twist, climb stairs or ladders, balance, kneel, crawl, pull, and sit, and to occasionally lift, carry, or push up to 25 pounds, with limited occasional lifting, carrying, or pushing of 25 to 50 pounds. Lifting, carrying, or pushing more than 50 pounds is not ordinarily required.
