As a Manufacturing Superintendent, you will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to deliver world‑class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will provide direct leadership to production supervisors, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence aligned with business objectives.
You will join a highly collaborative manufacturing team operating in a high‑mix / high‑volume environment. This role partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning to resolve operational challenges, optimize processes, and consistently meet customer demand.
