As a Manufacturing Specialist Roasting at Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages, your mission is to provide technical assistance and manufacturing support to coffee factories, helping them deliver safe, high-quality and efficient operations. Our teams in Orbe, Konolfingen, Singapore and Marysville lead coffee and beverage R&D for Nestlé markets worldwide You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with factory teams, market teams, product technology experts, engineering, packaging, automation, research and development specialists, business units and suppliers. How you’ll make an impact as a Manufacturing Specialist Roasting

  • Supporting coffee factories with technical expertise that strengthens safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental performance.
  • Driving innovation and renovation by applying manufacturing competence to new products, processes and technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining manufacturing standards that help factories deploy technology consistently and learn from real operations.
  • Building factory capabilities through training, workshops, knowledge sharing and specialist networks in coffee manufacturing.
  • Improving factory performance by contributing to process optimization, technical assistance and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Enabling successful industrial solutions by bringing manufacturing inputs to capacity projects, line qualification and technology deployment.

  • Bringing strong coffee manufacturing know-how, especially in roasting, processing technologies, food safety and quality.
  • Applying technical expertise to support factory operations, product trials, process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Using manufacturing standards, training methods and digital tools to build capability and share knowledge across factory networks.
  • Collaborating across functions, factories and suppliers with clear communication, project management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Communicating fluently in English & demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
