Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Section Manager to join our team! This role is generally the second-highest level manufacturing position in the factory. You report to the Manufacturing Manager, and oversee and provide leadership to lower-level manufacturing managers and supervisors within a particular manufacturing ';section';. You will direct and coordinate multiple operations required for production in clean-room manufacturing environments. You will establish production schedules based on product requirements and material supply as well as manage budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. In this role you select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
