Educational Background: Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—that demonstrates readiness to lead at a global scale.
Global Perspective: Demonstrated success collaborating in multi-cultural, globally distributed teams, coupled with adaptability and strategic alignment to diverse regional priorities.
Regulatory Mastery: Advanced knowledge of GMP and ISO standards with a track record of ensuring compliance while driving process innovation.
Leadership in Transformation: history of leading transformative projects in MS&T, showcasing ability to build and inspire high-performing teams while driving organizational change.
Advanced Communication Skills Fluency in English at an advanced level; additional language skills such as German and Spanish are a plus for navigating major international sites.
