FR Conversions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Scheduler to support our growing production operations. This role reports directly to the Master Scheduler and is responsible for translating customer demand and material availability into efficient, executable production plans. The Manufacturing Scheduler ensures that the right resources - people, parts, and processes - are aligned at the right time to meet delivery goals without compromising quality or efficiency.
You will be embedded within the heart of our production planning team and serve as a vital connector between Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, and a continuous improvement mindset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing and a passion for structure, timing, and problem-solving.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, hourly position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. All salary payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
