Job Description

Lead with purpose. Own the night shift. Drive real impact.

Rosina Food Products is growing—and we’re looking for a strong, hands-on 3rd Shift Sanitation Manager to lead operations at our [Location] facility. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is for a leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.

If you’ve led teams in food manufacturing and know how to balance sanitation, safety, and production performance—this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead all sanitation and production activities on 3rd shift
  • Set the tone for safety, quality, and accountability across the plant
  • Drive performance through KPIs (safety, yield, efficiency, and quality)
  • Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable to high standards
  • Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and control costs
  • Utilize systems like ShopLogix and SafetyChain to manage performance and reporting
  • Own scheduling, timekeeping, and shift execution from start to finish

What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation, HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working in USDA or FDA regulated environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume production
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Why Rosina:

We’re a family-owned company that’s continuing to grow—and we invest in our people. This role is a key leadership position with visibility, ownership, and opportunity for advancement.

What You’ll Get:

  • $85,000–$95,000 base salary
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Full health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Career growth and leadership development opportunities

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Expect cold, wet conditions and a hands-on leadership role on the floor.
