Wacker Neuson is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Manufacturing & Production RPO Recruiter to support our onsite recruiting operations in Menomonee Falls, WI!

This individual will focus on high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing positions, including Production Technicians, Assembly, Paint, Material Handling, Warehouse, and other shop floor opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with candidates and supervisors, and knows how to build strong talent pipelines

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and production positions.
• Utilize Indeed and LinkedIn to source, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial candidate assessments.
• Evaluate candidates for relevant experience, reliability, attendance, work ethic, and overall fit.
• Coordinate onsite interviews with supervisors and hiring managers.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain relationships and communicate hiring needs with external staffing agency partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing required.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume hourly recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for production, assembly, warehouse, or logistics positions is a plus.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working directly with supervisors, hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agencies.
