We’re currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for overseeing the management of our OE facility to ensure its ongoing effective operations.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with inspection of customer parts, components and assemblies against customer drawings and prints in all areas of the manufacturing facility
- Issue RGA for customers, including setting up shipping to have items returned
- Inspection and investigation of assemblies and/or components for quality while processing returns
- Completion of tasks for CAR (Continuous Improvement Request) projects
- Assisting in managing supplier and/or customer returns through deposition
- Rework and repair damaged product, disassembly of assemblies and proper disposal of components as instructed
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the NCP and customer return areas and packaging of product as specified for return to vendor or supplier
- Maintaining current revision level documentation in all Employee Work-Center Booklets
- Attend teams meetings with the customers and report any updates, investigations results, corrective action, and procedure changes
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
What You Need:
- At least three years of previous experience in a quality-related role
- Quality supervision experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office® applications
- Ability to interpret and comprehend customer technical drawings and documentation
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating an Off-The-Road vertical tire mounting machine
- Safe and efficient forklift operation skills
