Role

As the Manufacturing Quality Line In-charge Frame you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Manufacturing Quality Section Head.

To ensure the delivery of excellent quality products to customers by managing in-process quality control at the Frame Assembly stage by eliminating defects through structured problem-solving and the implementation of robust assembly standards to ensure zero-defect outflow to subsequent stages.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1) New Model Stabilization & System Development.

2) Enhance quality (internal & External) in all aspects by driving a Zero Defect Approach at Plant levels.

3) Sustaining and improving Product and Process quality with structured restorations and holistic improvements.

4) To improve emotional connect with team members and support in resolving their issues related to administration.

5) To develop people to be subject matter experts through total employee involvement approach.

6) Create eco-system to develop innovative solutions for problems by effective use of digitalization, Kaizen, 7 Step or Figure of Eight problem solving methodologies

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical engineering)

> 3 Years’ experience in Two wheeler

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Quality Certifications Such as Six Sigma

Knowledge of TPM, PFMEA, IMS

Knowledge of automotive regulations

Behavioural Skills

MS office

Data Analysis by Quality tools

Presentation Skills

Team Work and Collaboration

Structured Problem Solving Approach
