The Field Quality Team (FQT) Lead role within the Product Reliability organization serves as a technical project manager for field quality topics. The role is to lead cross-functional teams to identify the most critical field issues, analyze trends, open and manage FRACAS investigations, and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs). They collect claim and product information, summarize data, lead internal structured problem-solving activities, drive action item execution, support training and deployment efforts, and maintain visibility through leadership forums to help prevent recurrence and improve customer satisfaction.
The FQT Lead will work within a team of fellow FQT Leads and will focus on a specific portion of the vehicle. They will also own unique tertiary responsibilities, such as company and team reporting on quality, FRACAS tool and process ownership, Rate Planning, report out forums, etc.
