Role Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring quality within manufacturing assembly processes by preventing defects, driving root cause analysis, and guaranteeing that products meet specifications from the first time
Key Responsibilities
Ensure in-process product quality within assembly lines
Perform first-piece release and validation
Monitor internal defects and drive corrective actions
Lead root cause analysis using problem-solving tools
Coordinate containment actions for non-conforming products
Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Support implementation of control plans, PFMEA, and process flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, suppliers, customers, labs)
Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the production area
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related
1 year of experience in quality (automotive industry preferred)
Experience in assembly processes is a plus
Advanced English level (required)

Problem-solving methodologies (8D, root cause analysis, etc.)
