Job Description

Role Purpose

Ensure manufacturing process conformity and right‑first‑time product delivery by implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Quality Operating System (QOS) processes, related quality standards, and best practices within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain quality standards across manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan requirements.
  • Develop inspection, testing, and EOL controls to prevent non‑conforming products.
  • Conduct process audits, assess capability, and lead reaction plans for process issues.
  • Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, reporting, and quality initiatives.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of quality systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and process analysis
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while providing technical guidance to others
  • Strong focus on compliance, safety, and risk management

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role or similar industrial environment.
