你需要做的是：
1. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求
2. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案
3.负责机组总检的日常工作安排；
4.为机组总检提供产品检验知识的培训，保证检验方法的正确及产品的质量关键特性得到控制；
5.参与新产品的研发项目，并协助完成产品研发阶段的质量控制；
6.参与非标项目的质量策划、工程变更工作，并保证非标点、变更点的有效执行；
7.掌握内外部的质量信息，及时落实纠正预防；
8.编制产品检验标准和控制计划，为质量检验工作提供强有力的支持；
9.通过和各相关部门的沟通与合作，积极主动发现问题和改善机会，领导或参与不断改善项目；
10.传达更改信息并跟踪实施情况
我们期望的是：
1.5年以上质量岗位工作经验
2.理工科大专及以上学历
3.熟练使用OFFICE软件；
具备日常英语沟通的能力
