Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies

  • Apply established standards to manufacturing and assembly processes

  • Provide reporting on quality activities, progress, and outcomes

  • Perform daily tracking and observation of in‑process inspections

  • Support quality documentation and inspection record completion

  • Assist with audits and non‑conforming material controls

  • Promote quality awareness through training support

  • Partner with manufacturing teams on customer‑specific requirements

Your background

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing operations

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes

  • Proven ability to address quality issues efficiently and effectively
