In this role you will be part of the Manufacturing based in Blieskastel or Obernaifor a permanent contract.

Your Challenges

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end SAP EWM deployment roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, and Controlling teams.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and governance structures for each deployment.
  • Ensure site readiness for go-live, including process preparation, master data quality, user training, and operational support.
  • Monitor project performance regarding budget, timeline, quality, and business impact.
  • Identify risks, drive mitigation actions, and ensure sustainable implementation outcomes.
  • Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across the manufacturing network.
  • Support the harmonization and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse management processes.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in international manufacturing environments and complex transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in project management, preferably within SAP deployment, logistics, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain flows.
  • Experience with SAP EWM is essential; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an advantage.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions, countries, and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French would be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support deployment activities at manufacturing sites.
