Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product transition between Austin and Singapore, factory ramps projects, and manufacturing readiness activities for new and/or existing products.
  • Coordinate activities and projects with Operations leaders, Manufacturing, NPI, Supply Chain and Logistics for cross-functional strategic program initiatives.
  • Serve as the central owner for manufacturing transition programs, leading the planning, coordination, and execution required to achieve production readiness.
  • Drive cross-functional execution to meet cost, quality, delivery, and capacity targets for all projects assigned.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing line designs and scalable production strategies to support future growth.
  • Identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives to optimize labor efficiency, factory utilization, and operational performance.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution and business continuity.
  • Interfaces and coordinates with stakeholders to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Responsible for managing project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, Smartsheet and project scheduling software
  • Supervises allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
  • Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate
  • Drive programs that helps MDP Singapore achieve it target including, but not limited to, shortages of large impact to completions, Outsource vendor delivery coordination, high risk parts mitigation
  • Provides management support and operate as backup for MDP leadership when needed

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in large scale project and program management in Technology Strategy Implementation (eg. ERP, Analytics, Supply Chain Technology, manufacturing, NPI transition, AI/ML).
  • Candidate with additional Functional experience in Operations and Supply chain would be viewed favorably.

Other Requirements:

Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
