As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executes routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
  • Works together with people from the business unit.
  • Collecting or providing technical information.
  • Support for Cost Out, Utilization Savings, Product Value initiatives & Plant critical projects as assigned. 
  • To continue seamless operational support for Assembly, coating process (tech lube/phosphate etc.), Production & Quality functions on day-to-day basis.
  • Be responsible for the safety of own self and others while working on site.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable to work within a team setting with minimum guidance.
  • Have knowledge of design for manufacturability, lean manufacturing techniques, quality system and SPC tools.
  • Have hands on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing and calibration/validation processes.
  • Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluation.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming will be an advantage
