HITACHI ENERGY HEFEI TRANSFORMER CO., LTD. is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers to join our team. This role involves skilled manufacturing processes and operations critical to transformer production.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery, specifically within transformer production lines.
* Perform complex assembly, winding, and finishing tasks according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
* Conduct quality checks and inspections of components and finished products to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and troubleshoot production issues, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience as a Manufacturing Production Worker, preferably within heavy manufacturing or electrical equipment industries.
* Demonstrated experience with transformer manufacturing processes (e.g., core assembly, coil winding, insulation application, tanking) is highly desirable.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
* Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and repetitive motions.
* Adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
* Relevant vocational training or technical certification is a plus.
