主に耐火物、特に不定形耐火物と呼ばれる、粉状の袋詰め製品の製造および、定型ブロックの製造に携わって頂きます。
不定形耐火物の製造工程は、粉体原料を準備、そしてその原料を所定の配合に従って設備にて混練後、20 ~ 25 KGに袋詰め、そしてパレットへの積み込みとなります。
一方、定型ブロックの製造では、製造した不定形耐火物を水等で混錬し、その混錬物を型に流し込み成形、その後、硬化を確認、脱型し所定温度で乾燥、梱包する工程となります。
どちらの工程でも25KG程度の製品等の手動搬送が伴いますので、重量物取り扱いが必須の業
種となります。
フォークリフトでの製品移動や、原料のホイストでの吊り上げ作業等、一部、特別教育や免許
が必要な工程もあります。
職場のベテラン社員からのOJTを半年から1年受けて頂いて、最終的に製造の1ラインをお任
せすることになります。
更に、フォークリフトドライバーとして、原料の受け入れ搬送および製品出荷のサポート業務にも一部、従事していただきます。
採用要件
・年齢：25 ~ 40歳程度
・製造業での勤務経験のある方
・相手の気持ちや考えをくみ取ったうえでのコミュニケーションが取れ
チームワーク良く、業務に就ける方。
・業務上の安全配慮、安全ルールを順守できる方
・重量物（20 ~ 25 KG）の取り扱いが可能な方
・フォークリフト、玉掛クレーン等の教育および免許をお持ちの方は優遇（ない場合でも取得していただきます。）
