As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational performance excellence of your shift. You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.

You Will
Ensure associates are working in a safe manner and they understand Plastipak's commitment to safety
Accountable for disciplinary action as well as retention
Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation and timely completion of performance evaluations
Accountable for driving safety, quality, reliability and scrap priorities
You Have
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work 6:30 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
