Business is booming, and our workforce is expanding! Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA is actively hiring Production Associates on our Second Shift. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, pack and inspect ceramic cores
  • Operate production machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
  • Cross training in various operational areas

Qualifications

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be reliable and able to work full-time
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
  • Individual must be a:
    • Citizen of the United States, or
    • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
    • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
