• 和全球技术团队和产品研发团队合作开发、导入新工艺/测试平台；

• 导入新产品，在产品生产/测试过程中提供技术支持；

• 与设计、工艺、设备、可靠性、制造等部门合作解决产品和生产问题；

• 开发、维护和改进制造工艺以降低生产或测试成本和提高产品良率。

我们在寻找
• 本科及以上学历，2020-2026届毕业生，理工科专业，微电子/电子/材料/化学/物理/机械/自动化/仪器仪表等相关专业优先；
• 具有工作热情和强烈的责任感；
• 良好逻辑思维能力，团队协作精神以及沟通的技巧；
• 良好的英语听说能力。
