Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Trainer-Skilled here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will train and develop our manufacturing workforce, ensuring they are proficient in the latest processes and techniques, driving efficiency, quality, and safety. You will report directly to our Leadership and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.

As a Manufacturing Process Trainer-Skilled here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in training and developing our manufacturing workforce. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our team members are well-versed in the latest manufacturing processes and techniques, driving efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and productivity of our manufacturing operations by equipping our team with the necessary skills and knowledge. Your training programs will focus on enhancing the technical capabilities of our workforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs and materials for manufacturing employees, focusing on process knowledge, equipment operation, and safety procedures
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to manufacturing employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing processes and incorporate them into training programs

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years experience training and certifying employees to IPC and J-STD requirements.
  • Certified IPC Trainer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
