What this role is:

This is not a junior documentation role and not a fully autonomous transformation role on day one. We are looking for someone who can execute established planning standards with discipline, flag issues early, and grow toward greater independence and influence over time.

• Create andmaintainERP manufacturing data, includingmBOMs, routings, and work instructions, under established standards.

• Review manufacturing data before release to check for completeness, accuracy, and executability.

• Support translation ofeBOMs, drawings, and manufacturing process definitions into structured production data.

• Implement assigned engineering changes in ERP while supporting configuration traceability byaircraft

• Flag gaps between ERP data and actual shop-floor execution and escalate significant issues when needed.

• Support MRP accuracy, production scheduling, planning, supply chain execution, and continuous improvement of data quality.

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineering, or ERP data management in a complex production environment.
• Solid working experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or equivalent, includingmBOMsand routings.

• Experience witheBOMmBOMreconciliation, orstrong aptitude and willingness to develop this skill using PLM systems such as Teamcenter or similar.

• Hands-on exposure to or direct support of a shop-floor production environment.

• Working understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, structures, avionics, or related operations.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and good escalation judgment.

• The compensation range is $65,000 to $75,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.
