Role Purpose

Manufacturing Process Engineer

What is your role?

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure operational stability, product quality, and process capability. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, and leverage engineering and statistical methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, variability reduction, defect reduction, and process control enhancement.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis methodologies to solve manufacturing challenges and drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, support product and process qualification activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies, including equipment selection, installation, validation, start-up, and acceptance activities.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, including statistical analysis techniques (GR&R, DOE, regression analysis, histograms, standard deviation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as DMAIC, Agile, or equivalent.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
