Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily process engineering activities on the CDU assembly line.
Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate within defined parameters, meet quality standards, and continuously improve in efficiency and stability.
Monitor and enforce standard operation procedures and work instructions for each CDU assembly station.
Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework and defect rates.
Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to production when process issues arise.
Specify, validate and maintain assembly fixtures and tooling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree at least, master’s preferred.
5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates manufacturing process engineering.
Hands-on experience with lean tools and strong problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of production manufacturing processes, brazing, leak testing, assembly and so on.
Good organizational and coordination skills and service awareness.
Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
