KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The Manufacturing Planner's role includes creating production schedules and organizing workflows within departments, ensuring each operation is sequenced and timed appropriatelyEnsure efficient andaccurateaccounting and storage of raw material, work in progress, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Always adheres toestablishedsafety policies and procedures
Model effective leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a fair and transparent way
Plan, schedule and coordinate production of products according to customer specifications
Work closely with Production Manager to plan resources and jobs efficiently
Monitor andexpediteoperations that can delay production schedules
Alter production schedules and plans as needed tomaintainefficiency and quality
Evaluate raw materials and needed equipment to ensure all required inputs are available
Report on production status and/or issues to Planning Manager
Identifymethods and processes to improve production efficiency/productivity
Coordinates and follows up on manufacturing workflows
Store items received inappropriate storageareas, documenting any changes
Maintainaccurateand efficient inventory management practices for raw materials, finished goods, and constituents and report to Business Controlling
Identifyand resolve inventory discrepancies as they arise
Support business controlling with monthly inventory reconciliation
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Education/Experience:
Highschooldiploma orequivalentand/or associate’s degree preferred
Prior Planning & Inventory Control experience has been your focus
Experience with SAP preferred
Must be able to read,writeand speak English fluently

Pay is dependent on experience with starting pay rate of $31 - $35/hour
