The Global Manufacturing Change Management Team is looking for an Organizational Change Manager who will work in the various Enterprise Change programs and projects.

The Change Manager reports to the head of Global Manufacturing Organizational Change Management and becomes part of the MF BPI & Strategy department. The department represents the voice of internal and external customers within ASML Global Manufacturing and focuses on business performance improvement (BPI) programs, which impact multiple factories in the network. Programs and projects are executed in close collaboration with factories in the ASML Manufacturing Network as well as the sectors Business Performance Improvement (BPI) and IT. As a Change Manager you will be involved in ASML Prioritized Initiatives and/or Manufacturing sector owned initiatives in the Enterprise Change (previously called non-PGP) area.

The OCM defines and delivers the change strategy across factories in close collaboration with the line organization, program/project teams, deployment leads/business adoption teams. The role also builds change capability in the organization.
Defines and deploys change, learning and communication strategies for strategic and tactical programs
Executes the change plan using ASML’s change management framework, adapting to complexity and changing requirements
Builds OCM skills in the line organization and program/project teams
Coaches leaders in their role as change and communication leaders
Exchanges best practices with other Organizational Change Managers
The OCM collaborates with OCM team members, local factory change agents, sector change managers, project teams, Learning and Communication specialists, the OCM competence center and the line organization to enable successful implementation and capability building.
Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field
10+ years’ experience in project or group management
5+ years’ experience in large scale business change / transformation programs in a (preferably technical) manufacturing, multi-cultural environment (preferably has ASML Manufacturing process knowledge/experience and experience in IT collaboration)
Knowledge and experience with Change Management and continuous improvement methods (Lean etc.)
Experience with stakeholder management and building relations in a complex organization
(Senior) training, facilitation and coaching skills and experience at various organizational levels (leadership to shop-floor)
Knowledge and experience with Program-Project Management, Benefits Management, Learning and Communication
Organized and business savvy: pro-actively drives results and business improvement initiatives (self-starter)
Ability to think and act cross sectors and departments, breaking through silo’s
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels; collaborates and connects
Ability to hold up the mirror, convince, inspire and motivate people; ability to deal with resistance and influence without power
Stimulates reflection and learning
Capability to drive complex issues to simple and pragmatic solutions
Enthusiastic and positive team player
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and experience with multicultural teams
