Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join their busy production floor. Our client is open to distinct profiles for this position:
A Strong Manufacturing Operative -ideally, with direct experience in the signage industry, looking to take on more responsibility.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that signage projects are fabricated to the highest standards, on time, and in line with health and safety protocols.
Production & Fabrication: Oversee or directly contribute to the day-to-day manufacturing of various signage types (e.g., illuminated signs, architectural signage, vinyl application, or CNC-routed materials).
Workflow Management: Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure client deadlines are consistently met.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet strict quality standards before dispatch or installation.
Team Guidance (Supervisor Level): Lead, motivate, and organize a small team of operatives, managing daily output and troubleshooting any production bottlenecks.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workshop and ensure all machinery and tools are operated safely in compliance with HSA guidelines.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction.
