We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! You will support mixing operations across the two lines and equipment. This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across several mixing processes in our manufacturing environment.

How you will contribute:

  • Operation & Maintenance: Independently operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring precise ingredient measurement, accurate recipe adherence, and consistent batch quality.

  • Methodologies: Execute standard work processes using AM and PM methodologies for mixing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. This includes batching mixes, adhering to plans to deliver CTS objectives, routine cleaning, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of mixing machinery.

  • Performance Improvement: Participate in root-cause analysis, stops reduction, and loss elimination initiatives specific to mixing processes.

  • Compliance: Support quality assurance and safety compliance activities, ensuring all mixed products meet specifications and safety standards.

  • Flexibility: Work flexibly across different roles (SC1/SC2) to meet varying business needs, potentially supporting other areas of production as required.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in operating mixing machinery or similar process equipment within a food or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence, and the ability to learn multiple mixing processes.

  • Good communication skills and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse team.

  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing setting.

Additional Job Information:

  • Job specific requirements: Previous food manufacturing experience, particularly with mixing or ingredient handling/batching, is highly regarded.

  • Work schedule: This is a shift-based role, opportunities available across all shifts - Day, Afternoon and Night.
