Shift: 2nd shift Mon – Thu 3:30 pm – 2 am occasionally Saturday

Rate: $21

Location/Division Specific Information:

This position is based at our Middletown, Virginia manufacturing facility, supporting the production of clinical diagnostic products. Our operations include formulation, filling, labeling, assembly, and packaging in a Medical Device regulated environment.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will perform production activities that help ensure high-quality diagnostic products are manufactured safely, accurately, and on schedule. Your attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistent adherence to written procedures will directly support product quality and our customers.

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform filling, labeling, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations according to approved written procedures and production requirements.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and follow established quality, safety, cleanliness, and cGMP requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, identify and communicate production or quality issues, and work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals.

Education: (NA or APAC)

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to read, understand and consistently follow written procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.

Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively work in a team environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive production and assembly activities. Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment. Work is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment requiring adherence to established gowning, hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and contamination-control practices.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $15.26–$22.88.
