As a Manufacturing Operations Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deliveryof Packingrare disease products to current CGMPYou will lead a highly engaged,high‑performingoperational team that is fully aligned with site businessobjectivesand committed to excellence.There are 3 Production Lines currently with a 4thstate of the artProduction Line in the Qualification Process.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the manufacturing areas to ensure that productionobjectivesare met

• Ensure production of products are undertaken in compliance with cGMP and Safety standards through regular walk through and review of deviations and GMP documentations

• Monitor the level of GMP compliance in their area on an on-going basis

• Ensure that all production activities areorganisedand executed on time, in full and right first time

• Involved in the preparation, review and approval of Manufacturing documentation and records

• Define team targets / goals and support team in achieving them especially in the areas of safety,productivityand quality

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, non-commercial activities and positively embrace change

• Train/assess competence for Team Member and manage performance on an on-going basis

About you

• Technical qualification in Science or Engineering

• EBR (Electronic Batch Record) and SAP experience an advantage.

• Demonstrable leadership and people management experiencein pharma manufacturing

• Strong ability to influence, lead, and drive change

• Highly proactive, with the ability to understand the broaderorganisationalcontext

• Diploma in Supervisory Management or equivalentis anadvantage
