HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Manufacturing Operation Area.

Our scope of Manufacturing Operations includes all business processes of the value chain to produce goods including Production Execution, Maintenance Management, Quality Management, and Logistic Execution.

To support our digital transformation, the Richemont strategy is based on 3 majors pillars:

  • The decoupling principle between front-end and back-end applications using a modern integration landscape based on APIs and Event Driven Architecture, to let the flexibility to the Maison on their User Interface.
  • Select the most appropriated back-end system as SAP PP, SAP EWM, Rhize MES, MaintainX CMMS and QES as Qualaxy and Elistat, to reply to the business requirement without customs developments, and to benefits form the editors innovations.
  • Real-time execution and data driven, Richemont is applying advanced solution regarding the IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) for machine connectivity, with the ambition of an harmonized data conversion (based on ISA95 concept) to make data accessible from our entire manufacture to a single point (Unified NameSpace).

As a Manufacturing Operations Semantic/Data Architect, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, deployment and support the data models and data flows for all Manufacturing Operations Applications, based on the ISA95 model.

This role ensures that data models are scalable, secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will be accountable for the improvements and delivery of the applications according to the roadmap of our “Product Owner” and guidelines of our Architects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, Solution Engineers, Software Engineers, to translate business requirements into robust and effective data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the overall data architecture strategy, standards, and guidelines for the organization respecting IS95 standards, based on graphQL data base.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance data model.
  • Support and guide Solution Engineer to extend the data model.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain high data accuracy.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

  • Master degree / Engineer in Information Technologies with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, and Data Science.
  • 7+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, data architecture, data modeling, database design, or a similar role, in contact with industrial environments in Production.
  • Experiences based on ISA95 standard, and GraphQL data base.
  • Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.
  • Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
  • Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models
  • Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
  • Fluent in English
