Internship purpose

Support in the 2D/3D vision system equipment in production area, in the tasks ofinstallinginproduction, as well asprogrammingtheequipment Also supportthe continuous improvement activities inproductionarea.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in theinstallation ofartificial visual equipmentformanufacturingprocess

• Supporttheprogrammingtheartificial visual equipment formanufacturingprocess

• Support and train the operations and technicians in the artificialvisual equipment for their role

• Support in the new manufacturing process development and implementation

• Collaborate in the development of quality and support documentation to production processes

• Support the definition of production layout

• Prepare support documentation with the results of the testing phase and Quality documentation for new products

• Assistincontinuousimprovementprocess

• Support the Maintenance Management Tools (Preventive / Predictive)

• Support the development of themachinesspecifications

• Respect the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace

• Comply withsafety standards, quality,productivityand hygiene

• Participate actively in the continuous improvement ofthe environmentalsystem management

• Comply withthe organization's rules and internal regulations such as Ethics Code

• Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when needs or service conveniencewarrantedfora period of timedefined as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS:

• BachelorsDegreeinEletronics/ElectricalEngineering or a related field.

• Master Degree in Engineeringarea (valuabe)

• Problem Solving knowledge (5W;Ishikawa;PDCA;8D) (valued)

• Knowledgeofqualitytools

• Knowledge of standard IATF 16949 (preferred)

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (valued)

• knowledge of line production environment in the automobile industry (valued)

• ITuserskills

• Englishskills(valued)

• ProficiencylevelofPortuguese

• Eligibility for a professional Internship by Portuguese law
