  • Lead day-to-day filling and packaging operations, including production planning, line performance, changeovers, center lining, operational cleaning, and operator-level preventive maintenance activities
  • Lead key productivity and process improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and departments to support plant operating and strategic goals
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring material and finished goods availability aligns with production schedules, order requirements, and customer demand
  • Provide operational oversight of Blow Mold production, ensuring adequate staffing and bottle availability while partnering with technical leadership to address downtime, equipment losses, and production needs
  • Communicate and collaborate with Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, and HR regarding safety, quality, scheduling, delivery, capacity, staffing, inventory, and operational priorities
  • Monitor production and equipment performance, identify operational losses and improvement opportunities, and drive rapid problem-solving and root cause analysis from the production floor
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing performance related to standard work, attendance, safety, quality, code of conduct, productivity, and overall job performance
  • Support employee relations activities, including performance documentation, corrective action, employee counseling, investigations, and 30/60/90-day new-hire performance reviews, in partnership with HR
  • Drive continuous improvement through waste and cost reduction, productivity improvement, standardized work, 5S, center lining, cleaning standards, and good manufacturing practices
  • Ensure required daily, weekly, and end-of-shift operational reporting is completed accurately, including production, reliability, and inventory-related metrics
  • Understand and identify EHS hazards, risks, and controls associated with site operations and activities while reinforcing a strong safety culture
  • Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, skill development, and clear communication of expectations and operational priorities

What You’ll Bring
