- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
Nice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy but are not required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience using performance metrics or data to guide decisions.

Standard Job Description
Lead multiple areas of a manufacturing operation, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, or packaging. You’ll coordinate employees and work assignments while supporting hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage more than one manufacturing function or work area.
- Coordinate employee work assignments across assigned areas.
- Support recruitment and selection of manufacturing employees.
- Train and develop team members.
- Assess employee performance and provide appropriate feedback.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
