• Lead supervisors and managers responsible for daily operations.
• Build an environment of trust where issues are surfaced early and addressed collaboratively.

· Operational Decision Authority

• Provide timely decisions when priorities conflict across production areas.
• Balance program priorities, capacity constraints, and operational realities.
• Ensure supervisors and managers have the direction needed to execute without unnecessary escalation.

· Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, and depot operations to maintain operational flow.
• Ensure cross-functional issues impacting production are resolved quickly.
• Represent manufacturing operations in readiness and operational reviews.
